DORY RODRIGUEZ JOSEPH moved to Lakeland from Puerto Rico in 1998 with a degree in accounting. She earned a BA in Architectural Design from USF. With over 6 years of experience, selling Real Estate in Polk County, Dory has closed dozens of difficult transactions of all price ranges, representing both buyers and sellers.
As a bilingual Realtor and Mortgage Broker, Dory is able to facilitate the mortgage application and title closing process as well as the functions of a Real Estate agent. We came from Miami to Lakeland looking for a house to retire and for a Realtor that would speak Spanish and at the same time help us negotiate in English and we found Dory.
